CP150 LOOSEING PROGRAM

We have a CP150 with 72 mail boxes that in the past 3 years has lost programming 4 times. Each time it defaults to 20 mail boxes and we have to restore it from back up.

Last November we did a software upgrade to 3.1 latest. We have been able to say up for almost a year and last week it went again. I need to know is there any thing else we can do to the existing box.

Also on KRS can you move key codes from one box to another. We have a spare box we can try ????

if the power is restarted to quickly it reverts back to factory default

we had an issue once with a faulty power outlet that would cut power very quickly then turn back on

problem was solved when we installed a battery backup

System is on a $1000 battary back up already- we did that after the first year we were introduced to the client. It was an existing system and they had power issues.

Can you move key codes to a different unit ???

You can have a vendor move the keys to another box but that bad box must be shipped back to Avaya. Put in a ticket with them.
