Is there a way to do a full reset without getting into the f983?

I have a CP 150 that is replacing a NAM. I removed the features from the MICS 7.0 per the instructions but I can't get any of the ports to see the PBX.

Upon startup, none of the stations port light up like the instructions say they should so I wonder if I have faulty hardware.

I double checked the station lines and they are good but it still won't interface with the MICS.

You may want to check the BCM or Norstar forums to get help on this. We primarily deal with the Call Pilot that is integrated with a PBX on this one. Good luck!!

Check if the callpilot primary DN is on port 1.

The reset is done on the serial port, but you need to know the user name and password, you should ask your vendor to do it if need it.
