cp150 exception 1000 on powerup

has anyone seen this message ... the cp will not even go as far the bootloader is. it just keeps resetting itself ...no power to any of the LEDs, except right at teh begining

Sounds like software failure. Stupid question: Are you sure the flash card is in the right slot?
 
yes telemarv...the s/w is in the slot closer to the wall. (this works on another CP150 fine, so the s/w seems to be ok)

i even tried reloading the flash (bootflash) ...
tried upgrading the software ...

but this happens way upfront in the bootup sequence
this is the trace i got from the serial port
 
I had the saem thing happen to me. Send it back to Nortel. They shiped me a new one back to replace it. It appears to be some sort of internal corruption that is not user fixable.
