CP150 3.0 Cant connect

I have a CP 150 3.0 and I cant get into it. I have connected thru the serial port to confirm that the IP is still set to default. I've set (and rebooted) my laptop one off from the CP but still cannot connect thru IE. I CAN ping the CP from my laptop just cannot connect. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

No, I'm trying to connect without a system. I thought you could connect thru the ethernet without the system.

No it needs to see a KSU so it cant boot up.

So there is no way of knowing how many mailboxes it has without connecting to a KSU...?

You wont know anything....as I said it needs the KSU to boot up.
