Don't know if this is the right forum or not but I know there are lots of M1 guys here too. We have a CP100 connected to an Option11 where the customer has forgotten their password (imagine that). I know how to reset it if it's connected to a Norstar but I have no idea how to do it through an M1. We do have ethernet access but don't think you can do it there. Anybody here know?

Thanks.

try taking a port off the 100 and plug a 7316(norstar phone) into it directly.

Feature 985
The CallPilot DN is displayed. Dial 9.
Pswd: = RESETSMPSWD (73738767793)
Reset pswd? Press YES. Login will be changed to default (1020000 or 120000)

It's only dialtone-VZ

Thanks vztech. never thought of that. I will give that a try. Sounds reasonable though.

Doubt that will work, you need an MSC to get the Call Pilot and T7316 to communicate.
