CP100 Upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 1

Just wondering if this is a seemless upgrade.
The customer's prior interconnect didn't leave the keycode lists, and the customer has 20 mailboxes on the system as well as 10 unified messaging seats. Will any of this need reinstall after I pop the bootloader in for the 2.1 upgrade? If so this upgrade wont be happening....

I lost a couple of keys after doing upgrades.... and sometimes I don't.. soo in all, if you don't need to upgrade then don't

ive done about 40-50 upgrades (bootloader adn s/w upgrades from 1.5.32 and 2.0 to 2.10.6)

i didnt lose any keycodes at all ...not a single time

(if it did happen nortel can regenerate or give them to you, assuming there is access to nt tech support)

good practice is always to backup ...

Yes the backup will keep that keycodes and seats intact. The best way is to get the keycodes.

The past installer didn't leave a keycode list. Not sure who the vendor is..customer took over equiptment from previous owner.....
