CP100 LOSING ALL PROGRAMING

I INSTALLED A CICS WITH A CALL PILOT100 1 YEAR AGO WORKED GREAT UNTIL 2 WEEKS AGO
FIRST REPAIR CALL WAS VM NOT WORKING,FOUND VM LOST ALL PROGRAMING AND WE HAD TO RESTART
WITH ALL NEW RECORDINGS.
SECOND REPAIR CALL VM NOT ANSWERING LINES,POWERED DOWN VM AND IT REBOOTED WITH ALL PROGRAMING
INTACT.
THIRD REPAIR CALL ALL PROGRAMING GONE AGAIN CHECKED POPWER SUPPLY SEEMED VERY WARM REPLACED
FOURTH REPAIR CALL PROGRAMING GONE AGAIN,REPLACED CP 100
TODAY CP NOT ANSWERING LINES AGAIN
ANY SUGGESTIONS
 
Did you move software from one to the other? in case the software card is at fault or it's sleeve that holds the small card.
