CP100 Language issues second part

I spoke to my supplier and he is unaware of the keycodes for language that John Poole mentioned . Can someone give me part no. or order no.?

when you load a new switch you have a lang option either turned on or off by keycodes, don't know if that software is a part number

Is this a Callpilot 100 for the NORSTAR? If so there is a way to change the Lang with a lap top. Go to the NORSTAR forum and I'm sure some one can help you.
