Hey all

Wonder if you can put a CP100 configured for Voice Mail and a CP100 Configured for Call Center (configured from start up) on the same system. You can do this with Flash and NAM... how about CP100??

My guess is yes as long as the feature codes are different, bit costly to test in the test center with the price of call center though. If it could be done I would still never startup a CP as call center as there is no advantage and irreversable without going thru a lot of u know what.
As for sprint I cant find that post but have looked twice and cannot find anyone who deals with those phones...sorry dude!

you can use just the basic call center built into CP to test can't you? For the lab anyways. It's like $700 or something like that for a CP100

Curly,
We were just noodling around this AM with a customer who want just a little of this and a little of that. We figured it was cheaper to set up as a Call Center from start up and then add Mail boxes to the call center than do it the other way around.
We have been told that my proposal would NOT be supported by Nortel. I think it would work too. Cheaper than a full 150 with both applications running. After all you can only have about 10 active agents. No small company is going to field 30+ desks for part time agents. They'll use a hot desk system... or go NAM/Cymphony. Interestingly we were also told that Dial By Name will likely NOT become a future feature in the CPs due to low processing power. Comments anyone? MR?
Curly, who was the person you were posting with when the Call Center controversy was on? Thanks for looking into the Sprint thing for me. I know there is one in the TO area ... but where.

Cheers
