There was an earlier post by someone who was having trouble dialing and getting the CDN on a CP100 Call Center. It won't answer an intercom call. I was just looking to see what that poster's issues were as I had the same question while setting mine up this week. Worked around by being xfered by another station within the system.

No worry. It is a question of the call layer type. I had no problem working around this. I had seen the post but couldn't seem to find it again. I just don't like using expensive cell time on test calls if I can help it.
