Hey all,
We have a client with a CP100 where the recording is, for lack of better term, dying. You know that slow-mo voice you hear on electronics when they're dying?
We had her reboot the CP100 yesterday, and it came back fine with the proper sounding recording, but now today it's gone by to the static/slow deep voice.
Would this be an issue with the power supply, or an issue with the CP100 itself? Anyone out there have a similar problem?
