CP100 answering every call

This was working OK yesterday, all of the sudden today, all of the lines get answered after the 1st ring with the general delivery mailbox.

The customer went and unplugged the CP100 by himself, and he's just about ready to shoot it with his 12 guage.

Any advice?
 
update:

we turned off the general delivery mailbox and it goes right into voicemail and says "the person you called is not available, using the dialpad please enter....."

I have been through programming to try to figure out which station is sending to VM, but only 1 phone is set to Appr/ring on Lines 1-4
 
Check the time on the system and any holiday greeting times/dates set up in the system this may be in conflict to what you want.
 
You can also plug a phone into where the voice mail goes. Then if someone is forwarded to that DN it should show who on the phone.

Should the VM ports be APPR&RING?


 
No. If you assign your lines to ring on the vmail dn, it will answer immediately.
 
That was the problem.
