CP100 Access Error, Is it the s/w or the box?

Trying to setup the call-center and voicemail last week and when I went to record the Company Greetings, I got an error. Convinced it was a s/w issue, I had the equipment provider replace the s/w. Now, I get the same error screen when trying to record CallCenter greetings. Is there a known issue with s/w version 30.00.72.22? Or, do I have a bad CP 100 here? Below is the error message that I keep getting. Oh...and if I try to record them the old fashioned way (thru the phone), I get "cannot continue" on the phone's display, then thrown out of programming... HELP!!!

Yes, I know what the latest issue is. But will updating solve MY issue? Is there a known issue with version 30.00.72.22?
 
What's your vendor/equipment provider take on the problem?

Ive had a 'similar' cannot continue problem on a CP - reinstalling fixed it

.75 solved the boot time issue of .72 - i dont know if it solved YOUR problem or not

If it is a new system - it should be ur vendors responsibility to get it right - get them to troubleshoot it for you
 
The vendor is over-nighting a new CP100 with new s/w for Wednesday a.m.. We'll see what happens. I was just hoping that someone in this forum had seen that error before, and could tell me if it was directly linked to that version of s/w. I personally think that the flash memory of the CP has a bad sector. I should know by tomorrow late morning, if my suspicions are correct.
 
I've got a new CP100 with 3.0.75 s/w coming for Thursday a.m.. I'll report back so we know if there's an issue with the .72 s/w.
