Trying to setup the call-center and voicemail last week and when I went to record the Company Greetings, I got an error. Convinced it was a s/w issue, I had the equipment provider replace the s/w. Now, I get the same error screen when trying to record CallCenter greetings. Is there a known issue with s/w version 30.00.72.22? Or, do I have a bad CP 100 here? Below is the error message that I keep getting. Oh...and if I try to record them the old fashioned way (thru the phone), I get "cannot continue" on the phone's display, then thrown out of programming... HELP!!!
