Please correct me if I am wrong. I have a CP100 with 2.1 software. I physically see 2 ports on the the unit. Does this mean that only 2 calls at a time, (whether internal or external calls going to the AA) are able to utilize the system at a time? call 1 comes in and is answered by AA, meanwhile Nancy is using the intercom to tell Patt that she has a call on line 2. what happens to the calls coming in on the other 4 lines that are supposed to be answered by AA? Do they just ring and there is no answer?
