I would say if the expected date of release is April I would give it another month or two. Of course we all know Nortel's track record of saying things to be released but not.

Long time no see guys.
Software is downloadable. I have upgraded no problem.
Yet to install rewritten reporting server but if it looks as good as BCM3.6 CC reporting should be a good thing for CallPilot users. This spells death for Cintech ACD.

I was briefly talking to a tech whom has it on a Beta site with the 7.0 & the CP3.0

he hasn't run into any problems yet.

If I hear anything more I'll let us know.
