The CCR software says it's connecting to the Messaging (CallPilot) 150 okay, and it seems to be pulling call data off of it. But when you want to actually see the data, the CCR's web page says "Please select skill sets" while showing you a box containing no skill set names. It contains nothing at all. It's hard to select any or all of an empty set....
The CP150's software version is 31.10.14.22. The CCR software is version 2.2.116. The software release note lists a supposedly resolved bug exactly like this -- in fact I copied the title of this post directly from the release notes. Any ideas?
