When I logon to my CallPilot Reporter PC, it says that it is offline even though CallPilot is running and able to accept calls.
I looked at the system log and I do not see any messages about the connection to the server being successful.
I have reboot the reporter PC.
In searching through past threads, I see some responses say to do a logout and erase in order to re-establish the connection.
However, I am reluctant to do this as there are a lot of reports built and my understanding is that a logout and erase would erase ALL the defined and scheduled reports.
Is there another way to establish the connection between the reporter and CP server?
