CP Reporter Multimedia Report

When the Multimedia report is run within Call Pilot Reporter for a specific application, the resulting report has a column for number of abandonments.

Are these abandonments included in the number of accesses?

I am interpreting these abandonments as callers who reached the application but did not choose any options. Is that correct?
