CP Reporter Backup Utility

I am trying to run a backup on my CP Reporter Web Server using the Reporter Database Backup Restore Tool.

In the C:\Callpilot\cpreporter.log I receive the following error messages:

This isn't telling my why it failed though.

Has anyone else successfully done a reporter backup using this tool?

I rebooted the server this morning then tried the backup again and this time it was successful. Hope I don't have to do a reboot every time! I check it tomorrow.
