CP-PM Card no work

I have three cards CPPM them have the same damage, are completely out of service, no activity on the network ports on the serial ports do not see that information out, is completely dead.

These cards were used as Call Server CS and strangely stopped working when was the electric fluid for preventive maintenance purposes.

Some of you have gone something like this, the model of the card is a NTDW61

In the front of the card I have only two LEDs lit in red.

I have had the same problem 2 weeks ago. 1 CS and 1 SS stop working after power outage. NTDW61..

Yeah, I believe one should be green but the other could be red if it is standalone.

When you receive your new CPPM card, make sure the toggle is set for CS, add your compact flash from the old card and fire it up, it should retain all patches, IP, etc.

If it is an HA system, reboot and plug in the HSP connection between the cores at the beginning of reboot and it will come up happy.

I have already replaced the cards.

If HA, the active will be green/green and the standby will be green/amber.

Hate to see those go bad. They're expensive.

These CPPM cards are prone to failure, which is a great shame compared to the older SC cards that had a much better in service life.

In my experience with the CPPM card, If you don't see the BIOS section in the initial boot up, then don't spend anymore time faulting it as will need replacing.

Let me know the date of manufactured of yours CPPM, my cards was fabricated in 2008. Maybe its and issue with the card....
