cp pll will not come up

cpu 1 is down and it says we are in a single or non redunt mode We have a meridian option 81 c 25.40, any help would do
cp l disabled not responding . Also CCed025 NOT APPLICABLE TO SINGLE CPU SYSTEM, nt5350 booting

May sound silly but have you tried to reload the software?

Look in the docs, maintenance, and follow the process for replacing the part, inclusive of the software load.

Looks like a call to the vendor and an after hours maintenance window needs to be open so this can be worked on.
