CP Mini - Desktop messaging stops automatically

Hi All,

We are using a CallPilot Min Rls1.6 connected to an option 11c rls4.5.

The client uses a Microsoft Exchange server 2000 and desktop clients are outlook 2003 SP1.

We are using CallPilot desktop messaging client rls2.50.06.17

We are facing some issues with CallPilot desktop messaging:

1 - When opening outlook, we receive the following message box: Invalid Credentials, check your VPIM, mailbox and password. We receive this error on all desktop client machines (some of them use the same mailbox and others does not).
No desktop seats license issue exists.
The password is ok since the users can hear their msg using their phone at the same time and using the same password.
There is no network error since we can login to CallPilot manager from the machine where the desktop client is not working.
The problem was resolved by rebooting the CallPilot mini.
This problem happened twice in 2 months.

2 - The messages received in outlook are corrupted. The attachment is empty. We can hear the msg using the phone.

Any idea about these errors? Is it a compatibility issue between Desktop client and outlook 2003 ?
