CP Logon Pop's Up in Excel

I have Call Pilot Desktop Messaging installed for a user for Outlook. Our version of CP is 5.

When she first opens outlook, she gets her logon screen to her voice mail box.

Then later in the day, if she is working within an excel spreadsheet and she wants to send this spreadsheet via email using Excels File ---> Send, the CP Desktop Logon pops up on her screen.

I have tried to duplicate this on my PC - no luck.

No other users have experienced this and we have approximately 40 other desktop messaging users.

Has anyone had this happen?

In her outlook, click tools, email accounts, view or change, and make sure that CallPilot Desktop Messaging MAPI is not selected as the (Default) email account.
