CP interface on BCM does not allow

I have found that a BCM 3.0 using CallPilot with CP interface for mailboxes does not allow for a guest mailbox user to make changes to their off premise notification"-The voice comes on and says: This option is not allowed.
The off prem notification works. The end user cannot use 85 to make changes to when and where the call goes... Any suggestions?

IT MAY NOT SINCE IT IS A GUEST MAILBOX, NEVER TRIED IT FROM A GUEST MAILBOX BUT I KNOW IT WORKS FROM ON-SITE WITH REGULAR MAILBOXS OR OFFSITE WITH SAME.
