CP interface on BCM does not allow OPN changes

I have found that a BCM 3.0 using CallPilot with CP interface for mailboxes does not allow for a guest mailbox user to make changes to their off premise notification"-The voice comes on and says: This option is not allowed.
The off prem notification works. The end user cannot use 85 to make changes to when and where the call goes... Any suggestions?

I thought it was 8 6, but can't get to my documentation right now. Is this happening for guest mailboxes only?

NO IT'S 85 AND IT MAY NOT WORK FOR GUEST MAILBOXES
