CP, FWD Message Issue

when a person listens to their message, then sends it to someone else, the other person can not choose to listen to the message on the phone - can only listen to the message on the computer through headset. Can not change the answering option from computer to telephone....Can you point me in the right direction....Thanks in Advance!!!

In Outlook right click on CallPilot Message Store, click on properties, click on Advanced, click on the Audio Tab. Here is were you have the option of playing your messages through the phone or on your computer. Good Luck.

Do they have the Callpilot player downloaded on their PC?
