CP fax to a 1FL

Hi there: I am looking to set up faxing to OUTLOOK email. The building I want to send faxes to only has IP phones which are contolled out of our main building and some 1FL's for existing fax machines. I want to set up a new fax. Is there a way to do this using existing 1FL's or is this not possible? We are running a 61C and CP 4.0
