the description I get from CP event browser is 40592 AML Link is down. Severity Critical. I saw past forem responses not to worry . HOWEVER occasionally with this CP alarm I loose the pbx link as well. I had my CP server replaced reloaded last fall and this issue is beginning all over again. Any ideas. My tech support is also somewhat stumped ?

check what error preceded this one, and event viewer errors as well in windows. see if you see disk drive errors.. stuff that might be on the OS side.
or you could be having LAN issues also, if the ELAN goes down to callpilot, it could be network related also.
