I am using call pilot 4 with a CS1000 PBX. I have a CP mailbox set up just for fax receptions. I am using desktop messaging with outlook 2003 to download the faxes from cp and move them to a public folder on the exchange server. About once a week, it will crash outlook with either C++ runtime errors or cannot read memory errors. The machine that outlook is running on is dedicated just for this purpose. It is also rebooted nightly to minimize memory issues. Any suggestions on how to correct the C++ or cannot read memory errors would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sandy,
It sounds likie you have Google Desktop installed - which apparently
interferes with Call Pilot and turns all new messages to read
messages with its automatic scan capability.

The solution is to uninstall Google Desktop from your PC.
thx.
