I have issue loading Application in the CP Application builder. I read one thread regarding this issue but there is no definitive answer for this issue.
When I load the app builder i got this error" The system could not load the application from server. Please check the connection to the server and try again.?
The tech came onsite few days agao to recover the password for the CP server and Nortel eng was used the Support tools. Basically our onsite eng changed the password for security reason and when we reboot the CP, the dsp were off duty. and Nortel pointed out that it is caused by the password changed.
Can someone help, i need to changed the menu for x'mas greeting.
