Is it possible or even necessary to change a CP-7920-EC-CH1-K9 to CP-7920-FC-K9. I have a chance to pick up a large volume of the CP-7920-EC-CH1-K9 phones but would need to insure they adhere to FCC regulations versus ETSI. Is the regulatory control of these phones in the software or is it hardcoded in the phones? Any help would be greatly apprciated.
