CP 5.00.41 Outlook Client - double password

Hi guys,

We are testing Desktop Messaging 5.00.41 in our Citrix environment.

If the user does NOT have "remember password" selected and loads Outlook: (1)they get the purple Avaya "splash screen" (2) user enters their CP mailbox-password(3)Outlook continues to load for a few seconds (4)CallPilot prompts for mailbox and password AGAIN (5) Outlook finishes loading.

Any ideas? I cant seem to find ANY record of this issue in documentation or forums.
