CP 5.0 Nortel 703t Server Username/Password

I am bench testing a Nortel 703t Server here in my warehouse and I have just installed a fresh copy of the CP 5.0 703t Image software. The server boots up and I am presented with the windows 2003 Server logon screen. I have no idea what the username and password is? Can anyone help me out?

It is in the Installation documentation. Probably on the CD that came with the CallPilot.

There is nothing written or typed on either of the three cd's, nor on their sleeves.
