CP 5.0 IVR issue 1

Hi all,
I have just upgraded from MerMail 11 to CP 5.0
My problem is the IVR ports are aquired by symposium 4.2 but show up as ? in the channel monitor.
ACD Queue is cnf. and the latest patches are loaded.
Any ideas ???

You did have the symposium CLAN IP address entered when you ran config wizard didn't you? More than likely that is your problem or the 2 CLANs can not talk to each other. Also I think but can't remember clearly now but symposium needs to boot first then CallPilot.
 
Hi phoneman,
the CLAN was entered and both systems were booted in the right order. so the problem seems to be somewhere else.
I can ping from each server via e and clan but the IVR channels stay in ?state.
any thoughts???
 
Not at this moment. That is what came to mind first. I will think about it some more.
 
check on the pbx side and make sure those IVR channel have AST 00 01 and the ACQ AS is TN, DN and POSID
