I have a customer that is having issues with CP 4. Menu choiuces aren't working correctly and I can't access the application to look at the issue. I've attached a few pics of the alarms/events I'm getting on the system. Not sure how to proceed other than to rebuild the system, which I would love to avoid doing. It is patched to the latest SU available for 4.04. Please refer to URL below to view pics. Thank you.
