Our Call Pilot was upgraded to 4.0 this weekend. However, after the upgrade was complete the DSP's on the MPB-96 board wouldn't initialize (new board).

System was rolled back to 2.02 and the MPC-96 board is working. Connected to a 81C on Succession 3.0. Any thoughts or anyone else had the same problem?

didn't run into that at all doing the same upgrade, might just be a bad board

Forgot to mention...Call Pilot is a 1002rp. Another local customer is having the same problem on a 703...thanks

Had a simlar problem .had to erase and initalize them via the tools menu and everything came up clean

Have you run Config Wizard yet???

If not run it, as this erases and re-writes the dsp's.

Our vendor performed the upgraded at another customers site that had the same problem and fixed the issue. Apparently, the sequence of the language installation had caused the issue. French was our secondary language and during the upgrade Spanish was chosen. So,were going to re-run at our site in two weeks. I'll post the results. Thanks for the feedback.

If anyone else has ran into this issue please post. I'm still interested in seeing your fix.
