We are currently trying to troubleshoot a CP3525 that does not recognize tray three. We have reseated the tray as well as the bay to no avail with this printer. We took the tray three assembly and put it on another printer and it worked fine. Apparently something in the main printer is not recognizing the third tray and we cannot determine what it is. We have verified the connections and sensors and things seem to be in order. This printer was recently moved by someone outside of the IT group and I have a feeling something got messed up at that time. The tray is not seen through the web interface nor the control panel or on the config pages. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
