I recently upgraded a CICS to 7.1 and installed a Call Pilot with 3.1 software. I had morning, afternoon and after hours greetings and applied and all was well. After about a week the Call Pilot started playing the after hours greeting regardless of time of day. Greetings are all in the right places and the operator status is set to business open: Y. I reinstalled the call pilot and it worked ok for a week but now I'm told it's doing the same thing again, playing after hours greeting regardless of time of day or programming. Has anyone seen this before?
 
I had 1 that the Holiday table got corrupted and every day was a holiday. You might look at that. I changed the current date to non-holiday and all other dates corrected.
Problem never came back.
