CP 202i ACD channels geting disabled once in a day

We have installed one CP 202i on CS1000E rls6.0.Call pilot is working ok but ACD(CS1000E0 channels are getting disabled in every 8 to 10 hours and CAll pilot channels are showing Remote off duty.Please help
