CP 150

Customer has MICS and CP 150.
CP is set up as CP, not NVM.
They want to change company greeting remotely.
Have tried by calling in, answered by AA and entering
SM mail box and password. Do not get a prompt directing to company greeting.
I've tried this on a NAM and 99 after logging in and it works.
CP must have a different code.

CP mode was installed for those that say migrated from a Nortel PBX that had Call Pilot to a remote site with Norstar making it easier for them.
I dont know the answer off hand but do know in COS you can tell a mailbox CP or Norstar mode.....this might help but others may have the correct command.
