cp 150 upgrade

can i upgrade a cp150 2.1 with call center pro/reporting
to 3.1 with out losing key code info

using the second pcmcia card slot and an upgrade card

I do at least one upgrade a week using the following method & rarely do I have any problems. Power down the Call Pilot & remove the PCMIA card. Stick it in your laptop & copy the 8 files on it to a folder on your laptop.
Erase the PCMIA card & copy out the 8 files with your new sofware. Eject the card, stick it back in the Call Pilot & power back up. All programming & key codes will be retained. If you encounter any problems you can always wipe the card clean & copy back your original sofware.
