i have a cp 150 2.1 (with call center and messaging)
has been working flawless for a couple of years
now when people get to there outlook the messages appears as a pad and pencil icon and can't get the messages
after a cp reboot all work OK but but they have to fwd the message to themselves to get it on the outlook the old icon still there on the original message, new message work fine after reboot
has anybody had a similar problem
