CP 150 - "Internet Explorer stopped working" 1

Folks,
I have a CP 150 w/200mb and 2 skill sets for ACD. I can add/delete/change everything in both applications except:

1) When I hit the "help" button I get the "Internet Explorer stopped working" and I lose the ip connection, and the screen gooes back to the desktop.
2) The same thing happens if I try and add a voice announcement in the skill sets.(Yes I have added my ten agents to each set as well.)
What's wrong please?

Are you using I,E, or Firefox?
Is your java updated?
Do you allow pop ups?

IE yes
JAVA---I never use i for the Internet and it worked fine last week.
Allow popups if I do it manually.

Well help window pops up in new window for me.
Maybe you have java and don't know it?
Try right click help and "open in new tab or window"

Sounds like s/w corruption. You might need to do a reinstall to clear it.

Late tonite! I might be able to understand the Java thing, but it would have nothing to do with the voice prints on the announcements in the ACD......right?

BTW I ran repair on the MS OS and reinstalled the NRU 11.0..

I dunno....I'll get back at it tomorrow. Will let you know Curlycord & cook1082. But I'll still take suggestions tonite....!!!!!!!!!!

Try Firefox! if same thing then agreed on corruption.

Thanks guys...it was IE; I dumped it and reloaded and works fine.
