CP 150 Only Shows Call Center in tool bar

After a reboot do not get MB admin,AA, config on the side bar it only shows Call Center. It allows you to add Skill sets,agents greetings just like normal but nothing else shows as a heading.
You can go thru the F 983 and see everything and get to AA, Mb's etc.
CP s/w 3.1.10.31.22
What do you think.

I know there is a setting to use 2 call pilots 150 in tandem one for voice the other for Call Center it seems it thinks it is set up for call Center.

What do you see when you login to F983 and then dial 44? This will show the installed options.

It is a 2 call pilot VM and CC with keys for CC but it still looks the same when accessing both and they look the same the only difference is the vm is f983 and the CC is f993. Weird to only see just the CC header in IE.
I'm going to try another reboot hoping to get it back if not you think reinstalling the CP s/w ?

I am guessing the system is smart enough not to show the vmail side since it knows the other CP handlse that and so that it does not confuse the admin.....or tech : )

This hs been in us for about 4 years and they use the AA and CCR on the CC CP for the Skillsets plus for the main number for the non CC the VM answers using the AA. It should show just like the VM CP.

Makes sense....plus you said via Telset is OK which I didn't read.
If this worked before and not now then could be corruption and re-install might help.
Double check with Firefox perhaps first.
I doubt it would be a setting since you can see all in Telset.

Going to first try a reboot, if that dosen't work then a reinstall of the s/w.
This all started when the CC would not retreive the call data for reporting from november 21 at 1:30 pm. You could see the new date in the calender but you would get a invalaid date when the report would run. I think the CP took some kind of a hit.
I reinstalled the server S/W and I don't get a green connection plus I get invalid password.
This RCC can be a Bear.
How is the IP Office CC and reporting they are looking at this and get rid of the Norstar and CP's.

Reboot got headers back even though I rebooted before.
The original problem is still there but now when go to connection and put in password It keeps giving INVALID PASSWORD. I KNOW THE PASSWORD WORKS BECAUSE YOU CAN GET TO THE test page and get info this is suppose to confirm your PSWD. AND IT WILL NOT REPORT ON DATES PAST 11/21 13:30 pm.
Plus in the server test it got all the port connections.
STUMPED?
