cp 150 not answering

I have all lines set to pick up table 1 and they are not. Checked everything vmail is up and the greetings are there any ideas ?

Maybe the voicemail was somehow disabled. From memory I think you login to F983, then press 4. Toggle voicemail to Y if it says N.

Did you set line answering to on in the call pilot - operator-answer lines-Y.

You can also use Feature 982-operator-line answer-y

Thanks for the response all. Total rookie mistake F982 Answer lines set to no. I never use the feature for some reason I never liked it.
