CP 150 issue

Customer has MICS 7.1 and a CP 150 with 31.10.37.22 software. The outside callers is entering an extension and sometimes the voicemail is sending it to the wrong extension. This is not all the time. I have never seen this issue. Any ideas?

I've seen this many, many times. Always cell phones, never land lines. Our employees have the most trouble communicating with my company's Callpilot when using the latest iphones. I've got a 12 year old cellphone that communicates perfectly with our Callpilot every time. I've gotten the same trouble report from several customers. All the patching in the world is no help.
