CP 150 General Delivery Wrong VM Box

I cannot find in the Installer's Guide where the General Delivery Mailbox is set. Currently messages being left after hours that are suppose to be in box 100 are going to another extensions box. What am I missing?

What digits does the caller press to make this happen?

Conflict sounds like.
If the set that gets the messages also has the lines ringing at it then they must not use F984 (Forward to Vmail)

Maybe this is where the problem is. I was under the impression that Mailbox 100 is the "General Delivery Mailbox" and resides in CP. Previous installs the GD has automatically come on line with a pre recorded message stating, "This is the general delivery mailbox". Do I need to assign a DN? Why would the messages default to another mailbox?

Yes, mailbox 100 is the GD mailbox. By default it's assigned to extension 100, but usually it's assigned to the attendant (221) so they can get the message waiting notification. Just go to mailbox administration, press CHNG and scroll through the options. This is where the assigned extension is set. Beware that an extension can only have one mailbox assigned.
