I am installing a [refurb w/64mb] CP 150 using ethernet CP Manager on a MICS that uses 4 digits for ext. numbers. The CP 150 seems set for 3 digits and will not accept 4 digits for mailbox number to correspond with the ext number.

I thought this was autosensing from the switch.

How can I change CP from 3 to 4 digit for mailbox assignment?

Thus install is an upgrade from a dead NAM

Thank you very much for help

You have to do a reinstall on the Call Pilot. There should be an option for reinstall.

Thank you for the reply - can a reinstall affect installed options like 64mb?

- this is a refurb purchase/new install replacement for a dead NAM, and I am not sure if the CP 150 r3.1 key code for the 64mb option can be found anywhere.

Thank you for help-
