CP 150 Call center

I've been working with call pilots for a few years now but have never been familiarized with the call center software. I recently added a customer who has one already set up. Does anybody know where I can find some docs to get myself acquainted before I gotta work on this thing?

I would thing the Nortel web site? That's where all the other system documentation resides.

it has all the doc's on it
