I've got a CP150 ver 1.5.32.01 with my primary UI set to NVM. I'm using the call center app., and have CC reporting. Every once in a while the RDB server either stops receiving or the CP stops sending data. The RDB error code is 10054 and the error continually repeats until I either restart the Server with the CC Reporting Master or cycle the power on the Call Pilot. What's up? I've had this problem several times. Thanks in advance.
