CP 150 Call Center Reporting RDB server errors

I've got a CP150 ver 1.5.32.01 with my primary UI set to NVM. I'm using the call center app., and have CC reporting. Every once in a while the RDB server either stops receiving or the CP stops sending data. The RDB error code is 10054 and the error continually repeats until I either restart the Server with the CC Reporting Master or cycle the power on the Call Pilot. What's up? I've had this problem several times. Thanks in advance.
 
I've reloaded the CP Reporting master software. I was wondering about known software problems and patches. Where on the Nortel website etc. Has anyone else had this issue with rel. 1.5? Had the same experience this morning.
